not sure, she at least as skill full and she has better feats of skill from what I have seen.

you would think so, but that does not seem to be the cases. I am not even sure how we are classifying people anymore.

I dont care who moved up or who not. I just want to know how we classify who deserve to be moved up and who does not, I also like to know how we are ranking the classifcation, because I honestly dont know.

also why is the owl 2 not rank in third tier I heard the movie was very accurate to the comic and from what I seen he clearly a skilled MA.

why do you consistently duck my questions about the thread? Do you not know the answer if so you might want to figure it out sinces it the entire purposes of the thread. What qualifies a person to be moved up is it feats alone or is it a mix between it and reputation? should weapons skill be added? also was a the qualification for each tier? I mean is it simply what the each tier says next to is because "highly skilled MA" is kinda vague so is master MA ect.

there be no argueing becuase it your thread you define how the thread qualification are done and whats allowed in the qulifications.

I will argue who should be placed were, but how the qualification are done is up to the thread starter you to decide.

Uber Tier: (Unearthly Martial Artists) [7]

Top Tier: ("Greatest Martial Artists"😉 [18]

Second Tier: (Master Martial Artists) [52]

Third Tier: (Highly Skilled Martial Artists) [55]

Fourth Tier: (Trained Martial Artists) [27]

Accomplished Fighter: (Little formal training/Some Skill) [9]

are theses the full classification for the tier, if so that is fine. If not explain each classication. Theses are kinda vague.

also is the top tier spot still capped?

also are people classified by simply feats or a mix of that an on pannel statements like master martial artist or master at insert style.

It doesnt matter if the term is vague, you can judge the skill level by the people in the table.

it does though I mean when the levels of very spread apart. I mean there are people in certain tiers is far more skilled then others is there tier, but there both be consider in that tier by the cladssication of "master martial artist" ect. so are we judging people to be in each tier based on who in it or on the title given next to the tier?

imo, I think it should be capped.

That makes it sure we definatly have the best in there, and it means that in order to up people into the top tier people will need to make good arguments.

It also stops the top tier from becoming larger than the tiers below it.
