No, I said the SSS is what allows Cap to be as good as he is, b/c without it he wasn't fit enough to get into the army, so probably wouldn't have been able to be as good at learning MA without it.

What issue and How does it take away from NW? Bruce needed Jason's help to put her down. That doesn't mean he isn't on her level. Hell even Tim was able to use his wits against Shiva to defeat her. Only time I recall him fighting Cap was when it was mind controlled Cap and he kicked him in the balls. Add that plus his HF and unpredictability and you have the basis of his fighting style. His immortality is what keeps him going in fights with these people. Captain America is stronger and arguably faster.
Iron fist whooped his ass under the guise of Daredevil. No chi powers at all.

Are you talking Cable & Deadpool #21? Because Iron Fist and Deadpool got as many blows in on each other, and Deadpool matched him.
Granted, it didn't last for a while, but that's beneficial to Iron Fist. The longer it goes on, the better for 'Pool.
If you're referring to the Civil War tie-ins, he pretty much fought a number of Marvel's best hand to hand combatants, and he wasn't getting whooped. The fight didn't finish. Well, it ended when Cable showed up.
So please, do explain.

Just checked the issues themselves.
It can't be Cable & Deadpool #21, because it lasts about five seconds and Deadpool lands as many good shots as Iron Fist.
It can't be Cable & Deadpool 31, because all Daredevil does is hit him from behind with his cane...once, to no effect. After Deadpool was distracted by whooping Falcon (I believe), Goliath and Hercules. He even once used his words to mess up Daredevil senses.
He beat Taskmaster with his hands and feet shackled.
And you're gonna tell me he's not worthy of being in the top tier? I recall why I left the forum now; none of you know what you're on about.

Chill out son, you can't exactly blame him for disagreeing with you. You claimed yourself that Deadpool was whooping Goliath and Hercules. Sliding through someone's legs and then later shooting them with tranquilizers to no effect hardly counts as "whooping"

That's because Deadpool is always written with comedy. The fact that he can brutalise Wolverine and Bullseye is proof enough that he can outwit and overcome his foes.
He physically overcame Goliath and Hercules, he didn't use the weapons until after.

If throwing the billy club at the back of his head while he was distracted, once, counts. Then yes.
They fought in C&D #21 to even standing. Iron Fist kneed him in the face, Deadpool grabbed his leg and smashed him in the mouth, Iron Fist kicked him, then they fought hand to hand with Deadpool blocking his shots before the fight was stopped.
So no, they've not fought enough for you to claim Iron Fist has kicked his ass. He never has.
He's beaten Taskmaster while shackled, he's beaten Wolverine up pretty bad, and we all know what he did to Bullseye.
Taskmaster is considered top tier according to this thread, and he has admitted that Deadpool beat him hands down. Deadpool thought Task let him win, but Taskmaster assured Deadpool that he didn't.
So if Taskmaster is top tier, Deadpool is top tier.
Try reading some Deadpool comics.

No he dident, the only person he messed up was Goliath who sucks, and all he did to herc was shoot him with darts in the face which did nothing. You are vastly over playing the encounter.

You haven't read it? So then get onto that. Don't judge if you haven't got a bloody clue what you're talking about. Bullseye shot Deadpool through the head with an arrow, underestimated his healing and ended up getting a meat hook through the chest. Deadpool killed him with battle cunning, outsmarted him.
I've seen Wolverine fight Deadpool multiple times where Wolverine couldn't so much as get a shot in, one of the times Deadpool dodged him and shoved blades through his side. He has beaten Wolverine, and would have beaten him in yet another encounter if he wasn't distracted.
