Additions: Added Namor, Loki and Thena to third for now, I haven't seen that much that I'd consider pure skill equal to the collective second tier... whether any of them should be moved down is also up for discussion.

-The majority consensus by more than 2-to-1 is that IF should remain in the top tier. actaully he was able to aviod being killed by a demon controlling Logans body........which really is not impressive skill wise

But more seriously, I would put Black Panther in the Top Tier, he hasn't done anything that impressive in Hudlin's run, but he has some impressive showings in Priest's run and his time in the Avengers right after Priest.

He beat a bloodlusting Iron Fist for one. Granted, it wasn't a total ass stomping victory, but he did it.
