I nominate Orion for 2nd Tier. The guy did beat the likes of Valkrya in H2H combat, and she was known as one of the most skilled fighters in the universe.

Additions: Added Namor, Loki and Thena to third for now, I haven't seen that much that I'd consider pure skill equal to the collective second tier... whether any of them should be moved down is also up for discussion.

-Mantis moves back up to cosmic until more consensus is reached.
-The majority consensus by more than 2-to-1 is that IF should remain in the top tier. So I consider that change to be defeated. {Iron Fist down to 2nd tier: I can only find 3 but apparently there were 4 for (AcousticDoc, Apolloknight, Nataku[Deadpool to replace]) / 8 (llagrok, MM, Soljer, jrod, Spunky, Trickster, capt, Fake McCoy)}

With only H2H, she's taken down all of X-Force, some of whom possess super speed.

Been stated to be capable of outfighting anyone on that team... that included Cable, Feral and Shatterstar. I believe at the time, Jesse Bedlam possessed mad MA skills.

With two busted ribs, and having taken down 8 super villains already (who were all crazy in H2H), she then handed Shatterstar his ass... this was while she was severely depowered, and her regular human reflexes (which are insane) were cut down severely, because of a device implanted in her head.

She's disarmed Shatterstar on two, maybe three occaisions, and that's a arare feat for anybody.

Ninjas who, albeit, were trained in Shatterstar's style, completely handed his ass to him one on one, while groups were said to barely make Dom break a sweat.

She's kept up with Deadpool, and has been superior to Cable in the past, but for some unknown reason, remains a tier below...
