just out of curiosity, why are Buddy Baker and Swamp Thing in different categories? In my opinion, the Red and the Green are about equal to each other in power. was there reasoning behind this, or is there something I'm just missing?

Well I was thinking of that mainly because of his teleportation powers and their range and versatility seem to exceed any other Herald - level being on the list.
