No.He was the one that granted Isis her powers in the first place, he was simply depowered during 52, that was all.
I don't think she was powered up by him. She was powered up by Isis, a separate god.
Also they all said the names who powered them.
Adam said Shazam, her brother said Black Adam AND Isis said well Isis.

I don't see how you can complain about Hulk fanboys when you're being spoon fed that WW3 bullshit yourself. Their tactic was basically to try and bury him, that's it. When Dr.Light tries to physically take down Black Adam, something is not right. The team that tried to take down Black Adam wasn't nearly as great as the sum of its parts. While it was a high showing, it's not like he took everything they had to dish out. He was trying to kill them, they were simply trying to subdue him.
I'd like for you to quote where I've recently complained about a Hulk fanboy or any fanboy for that matter. 🙂
They were trying to subdue him? Yeah, ok. Just like they're trying to subdue him now?

i don't consider ww3 to be a valid gauging of adam, but if there are any other feats that can put him high herald, i'd be all for it...not sure about henshaw... i'd be more inclined to think he could be elevated, but i do think he was killed by the blast and was reactivated later on...
Is it not similar level feats that garnered others there position as high herald? I mean the guy's clearly above a slew of people he's grouped with. Black Bolt, Captain Atom, Count Nefaria, Firelord, The General, Gladiator, GL John and Guy, Hyperion, MM, WW, etc? Imo he's shown superiority to them all.

Superior to John and Guy? Lulz.

Who exactly mows GL's down?
When not in a team setting GLs don't get tossed to the side like in WW3.
Sinestro, Superboy/Man Prime, Henshaw..... Superman on occasion has ben shown superior, etc.
Yeah, but that doesn't change the after mentioned fact that they have in fact been defeated, and easily. We too often scream PIS in comics.

Thing is that the manhunters don't have the ability to ressurect. Borg as an energy being has always been notoriously hard to detect by anything under skyfather. There was also nothing repaired when they found borg. Half his brain was still floating and there was almost nothing left of his head.
He was coma/ko'd and they woke him up. The tear is when he realized just how immortal he really is. When a galaxy destroying blast can't kill you and you were trying to die..where do you go after that?

I posted the scans of her death above. To my knowledge he never gained her power, and even if he had, she only offered power over the elements, elements he's never shown capable of controlling.
hmm... i won't vote either way so... ill have to go back and read more of 52...

i didn't mean resurrect in the biological sense... the manhunters, to me though, did look like they were doing something to him... my thinking was that he was, as a cyborg, partly mechanical in nature... if his more important brain functions were in the robot brain, then maybe repairing the damaged sections could have brought him back, so to speak...
though i could be taking the cyborg term too literally... damn star trek...
i just went back and read the johns interview, i may have missed it but i didnt see him indicate whether borg had actually died or not...
