We also take character status into account, i.e. how often a character is treated as just a body when theres a big battle taking place (Martian Manhunter syndrome) and if they're considered among the best of the best by other characters. Actually to be precise I was thinking that Shang and Falcon should be high street but DS and Cap should be low-meta. I mean why the hell is Shang above Cap? Shang and Cap should at least be in the same tier worst case scenarion, Shang should not be above Cap. IMO.
