Plastic Man is one of those characters that are just TOO all over the place for me to feel comfortable saying that they belong in a tier like mid-herald.
I mean, one of his strongest advantages (the telepathy-immune mind) doesn't even seem to be canon anymore. And then there are things like him being taken down by guys like Mr. Freeze or Killer Frost.
Swamp Thing to high herald though? Agreed.

Many of PM's showings are mid-herald worthy, but as you cited -- many of them are significantly less.
Generally speaking, low-herald is a good rank for now.

Also, just out of curiosity, if we consider making a Skyfather tier...what would be the parameters? Because "Odin" is a nice benchmark, but creating the line at the low end would be rough since we currently just have a "Sub-Skyfather" tier. Would that make Odin the minimum? Then where does one make a max? "Skyfather" is a handy term, but if we make it exactly Skyfather and nothing else, it'll be too small a category to warrant inclusion. But trying to make arbitrary divisions above and benath Skyfather would likely be equally as fruitless.

Agree on all 3. Though I'll put Swampie up for trans level.
And no on the skyfather tier. the shitstorm on this one is best avoided and it could potentially ruin this thread.
I personally will drive you all insane to get Darkseid in the same tier as Odin. durlaugh
