..."sans feats" being the kicker. I dunno. Transcendant seems fine to me too though. And they really make her beyond that, since it would be some insane PIS to give the Authority any problems at all with her on the team. But they do it often enough with The Doctor, so who knows...

I think Jenny is like a GL thats always on the top of their game at her "everyday" levels but she's got some Franklin Richards level plot device potential.

Dmg should be High Meta. I can't see him beating the likes of Blastaar or Iron Man for any majority. He has like one good feat in making the universe. IF we go by that, he should be astract lvl. He gets trashed alot. And has an ugly face. No Herald Tier for him IMO.

Mogo still shouldn't be on this list I say. Ego was excluded and Mogo can do all the same things plus his GL abilities.
