In other news, we generally have a waiting period for characters to go on the list who don't possess enough feats to accurately estimate their power level. It's likely that I'll simply be removing Dr. Manhattan from the list. Any ranking we give him, whether it's low herald all the way to transcendant, is almost entirely speculation....not based on hard facts, feats, and various high/low showings. He simply doesn't have enough to go off of, and never will.
Might as well just put Angel/death in low meta, and not add a separate name. And Gorgon for mid meta.

Sounds like a good idea.
Trying to properly place DR would most likely result in an endless debate/flaming battle :/
true, but angle him self is rather weak I actaully think anyone in high street would likly beat him and many in mid street would to.
however arc angels a different story.
also anyone see that thread shiva made ahve arc angle against wolverine, emma frost, colossus and cyclopes...........and that it was a spite in angles favor........were the hell do people get this idea arc angel is so powerful

I put the kibosh on DS discussion a while ago. He's another one that I've been planning on simply dropping from the list because people can't talk about him in a mature manner. So don't bother.

It wasn't debate. It was playful mockery at the nature of DS debate on these forums. I'm fully aware of the flaws in my own argument. And equally as much, don't care about whether or not you're right, because I already asked you to stop this altogether. Darkseid's being removed, because of immature posts like yours, and the forum's inability to detach themselves from the argument to remain civil.
And while we're talking about debating tactics, yours were ok just here, except for the part where you insult me by comparing me to someone you clearly hold in low regard. But it would have strengthened your argument if you had acknowledged the Superman fight that I mentioned as well. Otherwise, it looks like an artful dodge, not a comprehensive defense. And please don't mistake this again for me caring about DS's placement. It's debating advice, nothing more.
