i disagree. imo, they tend to (like doomsday's, funnily enough) move with superman's. if they didn't, he wouldn't be as much of a challenge as he is...

but supergirl is far above byrne era, to be fair.
I'm only suggesting that while Supergirl and Henshaw could make Kal sweat on an average day, he'd annihilate both if he really felt like it.

Outside of her initial Jeph Loeb written shenanigans? I'd have to question that, honestly. Byrne/Jurgens Supes was right under light speed and strong enough to punch Lobo into orbit and lift mountains into outer space.I'm only suggesting that while Supergirl and Henshaw could make Kal sweat on an average day, he'd annihilate both if he really felt like it.
outside of her loeb run, yes. she's taken on the female furies, she had a brief scuffle with equus. i'll have to re-check the comics for more...

it's henshaw's durability, really. you're talking about someone with superman level strength and speed, but that added unkillability (yeah, i made it up) is probably what bumped him up...
Durability as getting K.O disagree. Even with his rings he was K.O from planet explosion.
as for your comment about Superman has wins against everyone. Would fare better if Henshaw had tons of feat defeating other top tiers. Which is hardly the case here
Most of his fights are with Superman and his family. ie. Cyborg , Superboy etc.

i think what mechanical parts he uses has to be taken in to account too. he obviously used manhunter tech to reassemble his body in GL. Manhunter tech is shit nowadays. his biological parts seem to be able to resist almost any abuse. and even then, some parts of him survived the explosion of warworld, which was pretty intense.
if henshaw uses decent mechanics, he's awesome. when he doesn't it weakens him substantially. i think we need to come up with a consensus of what his average is...

Henshaw being Trans is a joke, tbh. He got voted there right after he appeared to own Superman during the SC War but that didn't work out too well for him in the end.The rings shouldn't factor into any discuss because for one, he has limited showings with them and two, they aren't standard equipment.
again question to people- why is he in trans?
Versatility/Durability: people in high-herald have tons of that and more feats to boot.

Most of his showdowns he gets defeating but physically forces.
Now considering his high level of tech manipulation is great but considering some of the feast people in High-Herald have it's an illogical choice to have him at trans.
He also does not have battle feat to put him there since of the the people in trans are capable of handling numerous high-heralds.
So you would consider Cyborg superman (with out rings) by which of his feats?

i never said henshaw was trans. i said i'd even support moving him...

i just had issue with people saying he wasn't even high herald, is all...
However, I wasn't taking into account his older showings, where he's beating on Supes, Erads, and Superboy at the same time, etc. So, I recanted my position and was/am in favor of moving him down to High Herald only.
I vote for moving Henshaw down to High Herald.

Her battle agaisnt Equus was really unimpressive, and that guy shouldn't pose a threat to Superman.
