So, first you said... you weren't removing Thanos, DS or DP Tyrant from Trans.... and then you removed DS and kept the other two still on the Trans level. DP Tyrant is above DS and I feel Thanos is => DS as well yet they both stayed in the same. What gives? I disagree with that so I'm voting against.

Well, you're wrong. And the board disagre with you. Hence why DP tyrant or Thanos has remained in the Trans tier for some time.

Though I don't actually remember making that first declaration (though it's possible, with how much stuff I forget due to how many things I deal with daily), DS was removed entirely from the list for reasons that have been repeated ad nauseum on this thread. He's also discussed this with me in private and was told the same. The list, and the characters on it, just like anything else on KMC, are a privilege, not a right. DS couldn't be discussed in a civil manner and was thus removed.
