Well Classic Cable and Full Power Cable are the ones brought up the most in the versus forums. I figured Classic Cable, should ranked so members can grasp just where he stands among his peers.

Sounds fine to me. I think the mid metas have it for Classic right now, but Raoul is the dissenting opinion atm. Others?

yes or I want a bunch of people moved down. Omega Red is a team wrecker. He would beat the majority of his tier badly. He would beat many of the individuals above his tier. I not sure how colossus and others above him are in anyway more powerful then him.
