There's no clear-cut line for votes for or against, but all decisions are based on mutual discussion and voting. As of right now, Scribe's motions are not meeting with much approval, and will not be enacted without sufficient backing.

I unfortunately know nothing about him.

I do have to say Baron did rather well against Photon in Thunderbolts 100.

^Yes and he beat Grandmaster who is in trans. Not only did he beat him he defeated him by BFR via space/time. This is a guy who messed up Marvel Eearth Inculding Thor , Strange , Quasar who were helpless to his time manipulation. Beron also easily dispose of Herc and crew while using very littile of the MS.He also has the ability to beat many in Trans with his powerset. I might update his respect thread or make a new one. The Moonstones are badass

- Beating Grandmaster by BFR doesn't make sense. He has time manipulation himself.
- Yeah, Captain America's bunch of SHIT heroes. It's very impressive to BFR the Hulk and Falcon....
- There are many people in high herald who could beat him, and defeat people in Trans via BFR. It's a broken technique, especially when supplemented by idiot logic that you can BFR people with time-powers using time manipulation.

My reasons:
-Can kill or BFR without the need to make contact. Most of the people in high herald do it by physically dumping them and they can’t kill using this method<anyone at their level anyway>they also have problem BFR target who don’t even posses time/space control. Baron already did this to Genis and GM who are both seen top dawg when it comes to matter of Time/Space manipulation. Baron with Moonstone was better than them in their own fields. Not only did he BFR them ripped them apart.

-The moonstone allows Baron to see all possible outcomes. How can you possible beat someone who already knows how you fight , What powers you have and has already fought you countless times before <all this before the battle even start>etc.

-His power output is easily similar to the best in high Herald or even Higher. He was able to control the power of Wellspring something with immense power and he was able to Manipulate this energy. This is the energy that would allow GM to rule the Universe.

-The combination of knowing the all possible futures / able to kill with snap of his fingers, able to match GM and Genis in term of power. Put him above high herald IMO

There is nothing to suggest a placement above high herald. I'm against it.

Zemo with the Moonstones should move up.

This list is based off of total "power" in all its forms. Individual matchups might mean that someone in a lower tier could beat someone in a higher tier, but we're basing the list on general power levels, not individual matchups.

Kgkg's kinda persuaded me. I'll throw my hat in for the move.

Hadrian is the cream of the "high herald" crop to me so I don't really see Zemo above him. Spartan has all of the same time/space powers of Zemo at an equal or higher level in addition to his Majestic level physical stats so I say no.

How does he have Majestic level physical stats?

Majestic was owning him recently.

Elektra should move up to low-mid tier. Her ninja telepathy feats alone should warrent this. Not to mention she has access to other powers such as a "silent scream" attack. She is Shang Chi's equivelent, potential wise.

I think it was when he was partially merged with The Void. It was much more powerful than his current incarnation.

Hold on, why is Genis not trans? He still has all the powers of his insane self, he just doesn't allow himself to use them... It's ridiculous to have him so low when he could go head to head with King Thor.

Actually he probably was above King Thor, I mean all Thor did was wreck his shield but still did no damage. On the other hand Genis effortlessly killed Sturm who had King Thor terrified and gearing up asgard for war.

Zatanna isn't on this list. She's been stated to be the most powerful Justice League member multiple times. Should be high herald.

Wonder Girl has been upgraded. Should be high metahuman now. She's reached 100 class (has been catching planes). She can wish people away w/ her new lasso.

Donna Troy has also exceded limitations. Draco said she was nearing Diana's power levels.

Starfire was shown lifting aircraft carriers lately. This strength, her nova blast, and her lightspeed flight are all reasons for her to be bumped to low herald.

Current Saturn Girl needs to go down a few slots. She's been reduced to a crap telepath. Low metahuman at best. She can't even probe shielded minds at this point.

King Thor wasn't terrified of anything.
