His feats are ridiculous. He will probably kick Silver Surfer's ass next issue. He should definitely be in that category in my opinion. I was honestly shocked when I looked through the list and they weren't present.

We should. I would put him at best mid herald level, but that's the same rank as the likes of Beta Ray Bill, Captain Marvel, and Wally. He really can't match up to the competition there in my opinion.

There isn't any circumstances in the last issue that would apply in the next issue. You could pick up "Beta Ray Bill: Godhunter #1". He fights Stardust for the second time in that issue, and gives you context on the overall plot. Nothing on the specific encounter between these two.

I am vary serious about the question. There is a PIS free Surfer that members romance about. That one is vary akin, to a CBR Silver Surfer.
And then there is, the one you read in Marvel comics. Or better yet, what’s the closest appearance ever seen to a PIS free Surfer.
