Hulk wins the fight in all of these. Well, he would clearly have won in Defenders #10, but the fight got stopped. It was a stalemate, but if you consider that Hulk's strength grows over time, logic does the rest.

Joke.
Defenders 10: Yeah, Thor's stalemated Hulk for a long time physically and it's supposed to be a loss? They're standing still, as physical equals. If Hulk's strenght supposedly skyrockets why didn't he just overpower Thor? And regardless, becoming physically stronger is hardly a victory....
Hulk 440: Thor was depowered, Hulk was powered up. Context is always fun. And this was not a victory for the Hulk either. He punched Thor away and then was struck by a bomb. Is this a supposed BFR? How is punching someone away a victory? Thor was far from defeated there....
Thor 385: http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e156/marvelkris/Thor_1987_385_23.jpg
Hardly looks like a loss to me. Thor is willing to once again Throw away Mjolnir and fight Hulk. How is that a loss?
Sub-Mariner v1 35: Thor was separated from Mjolnir and would've turned into Blake. Once again, not a loss for Thor. It's a restriction placed on earth, and it would've been Donald Blake's loss IF it had happened. What you failed to bring up was that Thor reclaimed Mjolnir, and that he did not want to figth in the first place.
Like I said, great examples. No context, no argument, no brains.
