Without prep time or his castle full of inventions, Doom's low herald. But he's definitely not mid-herald. Almost everyone on that list can beat him.

Most of the people that bran listed off have been outside circumstances.
Surfer? Weakened.
Mephisto? He had Strange's help.
Strange? Dr. Strange has proven to be above Doom many times in sorcery.
Magneto has beaten Thor twice, and has stalemated him once.
They are without question on the same level of power, Smurph.
If Doom goes up, Mags goes up as well.
If not, then Doom being a tier above Magneto is bullshit.
