groot? I kind of want to say mid meta. He gets chopped easily compared to some of his peer bricks.
cap cold? I'd say high meta.
atrocitus? High herald.
mirror master? This is a difficult choice. I'm going to suggest High Meta but he could probably fit at lh.
hush? I'd say Mid-street unless he has shiny equipment I ignore.
Giganta? I want to say mid meta. It's true that high meta is already the house of mediocre bricks (Colossus) but I actually see her size as somewhat of a handicap.

In my mind, Iron Man defines the high meta. And looking at the vast number of people there [Storm, Crystal, Geo Force, Mera, Miss Martian, Ms Marvel, Wonder Man and the like] he fits right in.
So my votes for Leo's proposals:
gotham and gotham girl - variable power to the utmost extreme, and too hard to rank. We'd have to rank him either a small window of time where he is JLA-busting, or large window of time in which he is a random flying brick
rogoal zarr - I'd leave him off the list, until we get more info about his origins, what he can do etc.
guardians - against them on the list
ironheart - I was against her, since I'm not familiar with the feats. If leo thinks she should, it's ok by me.

Really depends how we are defining the difference between HS and LM.
For example, I was under the impression that Batman was being bumped up to LM because he doesn't *just* have the physicality compete at that level, but he also has loads of haxx tech as standard equipment that helps him bridge the gap as well.
Physically speaking, Bane(/w/ Venom) is definitely meta-class, but he lacks the kind of versatility I would expect from those in the meta-tier... At least in a forum setting. Kingpin is basically in the same boat: they're essentially lower-end bricks.
...That's what I was thinking, at least. But looking at the LM list now, and I see a few others there who could easily be seen as 'bricks' as well, so I'm not really sure what the best way is to go about this..?
