But the point is valid. The "arrow" people have versatility, a few like Bane, KP, Bats, Taskmaster, etc. have either brute force combined with skill or are skilled enough to warrant it (Shiva, Batgirl, TM, etc.) but the others are kinda suspect.

That is a hard tier to judge even if you know most of the people because all of them have some good qualities that may place them somewhat higher.

i vote for union in at least the mid-herald tier, if not the high herald.

Added Connor Hawke to the Low High-Tier, moved Joker down to the Mid-Tier (it seems the majority agree he should be moved down), and added Shrike IV into the Mid-Tier (he has beaten Robin with ease, but lost a couple of times to Nightwing, so Mid seems about right). Kept Newjak's Mr. Freeze change.

and i still think union should be bumped up to mid or high herald.

DD most definitely belongs in the high streets.

It'd be ludicrous to rank him anywhere else.

I don't know much Union, so i'll not say anything about him. Does he still have the hammer of Thor tho?

elektra has some . . . odd abilities. mild tp along with other . . . 'mystic' abilities that seem to show up when she needs them. i'd be very interested to see a battle between her and KP. 😬 i'd leave her where she is.

black cat also has the ability to alter probablility in her favor -- makes her a very dangerous opponent.

in other words -- both those ladies are more than just the regular powered street. personally, i'd leave both, but, what do i know? 🙂

i'd also petition to put jakita and ambrose up a level. well...maybe not ambrose, but jakita drop kicked a damn dinosaur across the grand canyon. also, ares (marvel) will probably be moved soon, if mighty avengers picks up. i seem to recall BMB saying that he was basically cosmic-class wolverine; perfect soldier, only with a better healing factor and class 100 olympian mojo. and didn't BMB also say that he could beat thor?
