What I mean to say is that BA and CM were voted up before and then voted back down. Now they're being voted up. Same thing happened to Doomsday and almost to Sentry. Either people change their votes or I just need to keep a better track of them. 😛

going back forty pages or so, i still think a tier between transcendent and high herald should be added. it would end all this conflict...the best of midherald could be moved up (black adam, wonderwoman, captain marvel, beta ray bill) and the lower end of highherald could stay (sentry/void, adam warlock, cyborg superman), while the cream of the high herald moves up (superman, thor, silver surfer, etc.).
