Imus appology for calling BF BB players nappy hos

I do know many black comics for years had a "race" hand to hide behind with the laughs, whites are sucking it up with some racism, life is harsh sometimes.

Yeah, not applicable as I used it. You never see comedians call out someone in the audience as a ho. They don't know shit about em.

these days when black comedians do it they are usually clown shoes failing miserably and soon to retire...so nobody cares. we're talking about someone who is unfortunatly revered in the media on the same level as (hypotheticaly) journalism. he regularly interviews top politicians.
this has nothing to do with the racial rabble, im just bringing this up to point out the idiocy of it all.

I certainly won't disagree with you , yet it happens and receieves FAR less media, hell Chapelle and his KKK as a black I have yet to see a thing thrown at him from the words he used, ie ******, trash, black etc etc.

what about anne coulter calling john edwards a f@ggot? how about bill oreilly publically attacking a sexually mosested child who was abducted for years? what about jerry falwell blaming 9/11 on femenism?
please, let us not apply double standards. this implication that public white voices are muffled is completely false. the same applies to neglectful treatment and negative implications toward black people by politicians and media alike. lets be real here.

Lol, I'm not saying one side is less guilty then another, I'm saying guilt falls to both sides.

See my previous few posts.

no, im referring to this free-foating talking point that influential white people are forced into silence by political correctness. only the shmucks who are scared about their jobs apologise. really any of them can say whatever they please in everyone's faces and get away with it, and many do.

It goes both ways but the black comedian thing is invalid because they are talking about women who are hos in their jokes. Not saying "yea women are black hos" but "this girl is a ho."

not buying it, they make racist general comments about everyone.

Nobody cares what you say though. You are a fallacy

Poorly done and there is a difference in comedians and Imus context.

--------------------------------------

Comedian: This woman is a ho. She sleeps around and blah, blah, blah.

Imus: Those Tennessee girls sure are pretty, but those Rutgers nappy headed hos...

-----------------------------------

Totally different.

I wasn't talking about comedians, but the Imus quote made me chuckle.
