The Bible is replete with Scriptures where satan or the devil is referred to as an oppressor, tempter, wicked one, etc.

Bear in mind: all Scripture is given by inspiration of God....The devil has more than one description or moniker in the Bible (see Genesis 3:1; Matthew 4:1; Luke 13:16; John 8:48; Acts 10:38 and Revelation 12:9).

so i take it by your post you could not find jesus or god call him that....

although you were able reverence others who wrote about him but where not there to verify him or his behavior

yes i did and again it is symbology ill give you the 1st with abraham's daughter but not the rest. the others were attributed to him because some one was sick....... revelation was largely influence by divine comedy dantes inferno and the catholic church and the description of sheol when jesus went to collect the souls after his crucifiction...

again it has not shown anything other then how you yourselve have said it is inspired by god many ppl can write religious stories and have the church make it cannon which is what actualy happened

as smart as certain religious ppl may be, they have never survived less then three questions from me... lets play.... i have studied religion since i was 8 yrs old taken college courses and traveled the world... and have studied a large majority of world religion.. my professor was and is a minister christian believer and i have even had him question his faith and made him agree withh me.... even he recognizes that the bible is a lie from a religious stand point as well from historical view,, what do you have that i havent heard for yrs that i have not disproven...

the sad part is i am religious and believe in god but my view is academic... i've bn drinking my beers and enjoying ppls enterpretation of the religion with very little knowlege if he wants we'll up the ante and ill stop being passive and dismissive..

No, you are incorrect. The devil i.e. satan is a person albeit a spirit creature based on my study of the Bible.

The book of enoch is not deemed inspired of God.

azazel was also mention in the old testament during sacrifice to god and those for azazel in the woods....

just because the church did not make it canon does not mean it is any less important... the gospel of thomas is consistered more accurate and older then the other gospels in the bible and is believed to have bn used to inspire the later gospels, and the church refuses to except it as canon because of its contradictive views that questions the churches dogma...

why would the book of revelation be considered inspired by god more so then the book of enoch? they both have fantastical stories that are just as believeable to one another
