Exorcism.
This actually reminded me of something that I've never tought of since leaving the Church.
If Christian dogma is flawed and Hell and all that aren't actually real, what the f*ck happened in those exorcisms the church used to perform on people?! I suddenly feel very sorry for them.

But what if there is a Hell?

When this happens, not only should your theory be discarded, but you we must ask where you got that theory from.
But what if there is a Hell?
See Socrates.

A sad possibility. Most were probably just mental illnesses of one sort or another that the Church misinterpreted. But since I was a hardcore Catholic for a long time (briefly considered the priesthood) I know for a fact that our diocese (and most others) has an official exorcist in case of demonic possession. As medical science progresses, the cases of exorcisms has lessened (thankfully) but still...a scarily archaic tradition.

The point is what do you have to lose if there is a Hell?
The point is why you would live your life that way, what if it was false and you go to whatever because you believed in a “false” god and the list could go on and on. You really don’t want to know the answer to this question because you don’t care.
