Can you handle the Truth?

No, people sin. They always have and they always will. However, they can be saved from being punished for their sins by acknowledging the sacrifice that God and the Son made and how much that means that God loves them.

I was simply pointing out the fact that just being moral is not sufficient nor is it the point. Yes, God does love the world and for this we should all be thankful. But just being moral is not the issue: we must be born again like Jesus said if we want to be saved from our sins.

But there is nothing to be saved from.

We get it: you don't beleive in Hell or the Bible. I don't understand why take every oppurtunity to make a post that basically says that.

So it is not about being good but worshiping at his feet and prostrating yourself before him, sound egotistical to me.

Why does JIA have to preach on this forum? My response was to his preaching.

And people wonder why I say the same thing over and over to him. 😉

Don't read it. You have the power over what you take in.

Also, Why should I care? Just asking the question...

repeatedly. if you see someone repeatedly doing something annoying, guess what u get annoyed

And everyone's annoyed with JIA, so...

That is not true for everyone. Did you even notice that JIA did not reply? In order for me to get his attention, I have to work at it, and sometimes that means repeating myself.

So, why should I not use a tactic that sometimes works, just because some guy, who I really don't know, will get upset? Everything I do upsets someone in the worlds, at some time. How can you get around it?

Well this is the Religion Forum.....

Preaching was the wrong word. I meant proselytizing.

And it's still the Religion Forum.

But proselytizing does not lead to debate; it leads to the round about. So, I cut to the chase.

I agree that JIA is annoiying, but he still discusses religion and [usually]stays on topic.
