Disagree about Thor, but Sentry's a maybe.
And this looks like a really bad showing for Despero, considering all his other appearances dating back to the old early 90's JLA comic. Even as early as Trinity, he was holding his own against an amped Konvikt and skewered Enigma.
What comic and issue did that scan happen in? (It looks like a Superman/Batman issue by the art. Generally speaking, Superman/Batman has sketchy character portrayals.. I mean, Batman kicked Capain Marvel into a mountain, for gods sake.)

Quasar is immune to TP. This team kills him
I think Despero can handle Quasar without TP.
But what about the rest. Thor's not completely immune, as he's been mind screwed before by powerful enough characters...
And if MM and his top class telepathic abilities can't keep Despero from messing with his mind, who else on this team besides Quasar can?

actually quasar's bands emmit signals that jam telepathy...he might be able to protect his team. or even fight despero so he couldn't concentrate on Tp
So does a GL, yet the ring couldn't protect John Stewart from Fernus and he ended up having to learn how to make his mind speak a long dead alien language to protect himself. and that's only as an escape plan.
Despero should be > even Fernus when it comes to telepathy.

Despero pwns with Tp in one quick single blast
Captain America
Immortal Herc
Iron Man
Warbird
Quasar
PhotonLeaving the tuffer ones behind.
He then Thins the herd by one shotting
Forgotten one
Ares
ThorLeaving Sentry to his lonesome. Senty would be able to pull maybe 3 wins against Deserpo only becuz DEsi would be a lil worn from oen shotting such powerful beings.

GL rings provide TP resistance (depending on the writer)...Q-bands provide immunity

I hate to say it, but thinking it over Despero has historically had a problem with extreme heat.. Fire actually had him yelling "I'm burning! I'm burning!" in obvious pain, and the heat of atmospheric re-entry burned him into an embryonic state..
It sounds ridiculous considering he's taken other forms of energy fine including GL attacks, and doesn't have an explicit weakness like J'onn, but Loeb's portrayal may be fairly accurate considering Supermans heat vision is much hotter then the kinds of heat that hurt or defeated him before..
