Sorry but I really hate cats

I hate dogs..well the ones here at least..they're all stupid and loud and bark if someone cuts a fart. I love cats because they crap in a box and they dont jump all over you. You gotta work for a cats affection and once you win it they're yours forever.

Cats represent the feminine or feline energy. They originated in Egypt and were known to have strong psychic abilities, I think the Egyptian name for cat means something like "knowing", (to see is to know) they are reported to have knowledge but are careful to whom they share it with. Because the Egyptians loved cats, I think an enemy used cats as hostage to take over Egypt.

"The progress of the cat in Egyptian religion was quite remarkable and in many respects unusual," writes Jaromir Malek, author of The Cat in Ancient Egypt. "Unlike some other animals, the cat was not primarily associated with an important local deity at the beginning of Egyptian time. It never attained a truly elected 'official' status which would have enabled it to become a full member of the divine community encountered on the walls of Egyptian temples. But in spite of all this, the cat's popularity eventually surpassed that of any other animal and reached far beyond Egypt's boundaries."

The earliest feline cat goddess recorded was called Mafdet and is described in the Pyramid Texts as killing a serpent with her claws. But the most famous cat goddesses in the world, first revered by the ancient Egyptians were Bastet (also known as Bast, Pasch, Ubasti) and the lion-headed Sekhmet. "

Cat people, or the myth of them, probably came from the myth of the soul marraige b/t the cat and humans, making a cross breed, just like the myth of vampires.

if you understand that the egyptians were in battle with the serpent worshipers, they used "cats" as a deity to fight off the serpents, that's on a mystic level. but on a practical or real life level, cats are used to take down snakes, hence the mystical use in battling the serpent gods. i think mystically, cats represent the lunar energy (female energy).

i think most social animals are lovable, but just like people, they have personalities that can sway a person one way or the other.

here's more info (but warning, it's not positive):

on the bad side, the lunar or femine (or feline) also represents a destructive force (surprise! i was surprised to learn that), that's why a lot of crazy things are reported to happen while the moon is full. in some circles, the moon represents the jealous fem power, what is it jealous of? the sun, the male power. so, when the moon finally has the total light from the sun, a lot of negative things happen, it's silly, i know, but you'll be surprised what's out there, but that's the most negative that i've read in equating feminine power to the moon (and also cats, which were used to take down the male serpent order), i know, that's really far out there, but so is most of that mystical stuff and it all depends on which side you wanta agree with too.

yeah (men can be that way too, we all can be asses at time, if we feed off of negative energy and allow it to stay within our thought life, it'll just keep feeding on itself), but i would like to say that there are lots of good in feminine energy, however, i do sense that sometimes, the fem energy tends to harp on the negative and fest on it, making things worse by exposing and festering the negative, most of female problems (and female on female problems) aren't related to males at all, but the negative reward, and how females treat one another. rarely is it caused by males, but b/c of this glory into the negative, just like when anyone does it (including male) there tends to be a shying away of responsibility when things get out of hand, the negative energy gets to survive in female energy and thoughts because it's hidden so well that she (and sometimes myself) ignore that this is happening or has happened, so there tends to be a hiding or sneaking away after the debocal, hence why some say cats and women are sneaky, but some men DO CARRY that female energy and can be just as negative, sneaky, and unable to claim responsibility after rewarding negativity for so long, and feasting on the negative in others; men pick up on that when they see it in other men.

i prefer dogs but cats aint bad

dogs seem to want to be friendly and strive hard for friendship, cats seem to be more distant and usually only rubs a person when they want something, they use affection to get things. not always, but a strong general rule, dogs TEND to use affection to show loyalty.

Very general, very broad, and not true 100% of the time:

cats = affection = get things
dogs= affection = demonstrate loyalty (loyal bound)

again, not always, according to egyptians, cats were also used in battle, so cats can demonstrate loyalty and dogs can also show affection just to get a snack (not just to demonstrate a loyal bound).

Here is someting thats is very much true and woud be more acociated with dogs but cats too
More than Food,More Than Weponry,an ally can save youre life

Obviously you haven't met my Aunts cat.

She knows how to use the toilet. o_O

And she jumps on me all the time..

Some cats just don't like people. Rarely you find cats who love attention.

Cats=Goths lol
