Who wins?

First Scenario they react faster than he can think or react. He's actually been stopped from using his powers by being kept of balance before. He needed time to think. Remember he was a heroin addict.

Second scenario they all die. Unless the ring has resistance or Wonder Woman has magical resistance. To him both of which seems unlikely given some of his feats. Although he has been mentally blocked from using his powers, can the ring do this? Maybe? It has interferred with peoples ability to use powers before at the synaptic level.

He was a previous Doctor who had been imprisoned. When he faced the Avengers types they blocked him from using his powers. Same thing happened in another story although it's a while since I read it. He was off balance. Oh and then theirs Kev.

Yes he did. He had been a previous Doctor. They sent him to the temporal prison for things he did in the sixties. Have you read the trade? If you haven't it's pretty good. Diana channells the godwave?
