If you read the one with "the Avengers" they both put a psychic block on him. The ring has affected people at a synaptic level and could do this. He also has been kept off balance and unable to use his powers. The ring is the key it works against magic. The vision copy also punked him in the Avengers one. Then theirs Kev.

As for the other two, converting them into sound waves, BFR'ing them to a different dimension, turning them into trees, or simply growing himself to the size of a mountain and donkey-thumping them. Any would work, and are all things he's done before.
He's also telekinetically held Italy in place while the Earth spun on its axis. techincally, he could just "use the Force" to hold them in place while he decided what to do with them.
Speedblitz scenario, it depends how close they start to him, and if they're smart enough to go for the kill.
Otherwise, they're screwed nine ways from Tuesday.
And whirly, quit playing devil's advocate. Doctor can think Kal into a tree well before Kal would ever try T-Vo.

...and I forgot slowing down time to a near stop in a small area around him, effectively negating whatever reflexes advantage they have over him. So there's about half a dozen attacks he has for taking any of these guys out. Sure, they'll be speedblitz proponents....and it's a valid argument. But give him time to form a coherent thought or two and this is child's play.

So we'll ignore the time he was mentally blocked from using his powers or the time he was kept off balance and couldn't use his powers. Let's ignore Kev? Just a guy with a gun. We'll ignore the way we have two members who can block his synapes. Even without speedblitz they think faster than him and can simply shut him down before he does any magic in a multitude of ways. To slow down time he has to think and he's slower than they are at thinking so he loses. If they know his powers MM shuts him down, he doesn't need speedblitz.
Kev's gun was conceptually constructed to take anything out. So don't play dumb and just call it a gun.
And I conceded the speedblitz already. So there's no reason to drive it home even more like it's something new.
But, take it beyond the speedblitz and sure, they have means of taking the Doctor out. But they'll be flooded with memories, turned into trees, and all sorts of other things before they realize ("Hmmm. Maybe he uses his thoughts to do all of this. Instead of leading in with a regular blast, maybe I should cut off his synaptic connections"😉
Besides, assuming that they could do anything to the brain function of someone who controls matter on a sub-molecular level is preposterous to begin with.
So could they win? Sure. Will they? No, unless they have speedblitz and are smart enough to go for the kill. But give him a few seconds and they're screwed.
