The infonet is really a push on the TP standard methinks,as Cable can only sift through it due to him having been the worlds mightiest Telepath for a week,also it was afflicting deadpool who is supposedly immune to TP,so it seems uncounterable. 😬

So you explained Deadpool,but what about Cap?I mean Cable has said he modified it,so now it seems that he can affect non-tech beings.
