scariest movie of all time.....

The Ju-on series gave me the most jump factor. It left me a bit creeped out as well.

hmm, none of them are really that scary....

cant think of one that scared me.....

The Norman Bates movie!jm

i know i sound pathetic but the jeepers creepers 1 freaked me out for a while when i first watched it .. i couldn't go out at night by myself for ages...

When I first saw Scream when I was about 7 it gave me nightmares for weeks, I just kept dreaming about Ghostface. But I love it now, and it doesn't scare me at all. The Shining also scared me when I was little. Over the past few years I can't remember being genuinely scared by a horror film.

Salems Lot ( when the little boy was scratching at the window)

Pet sematary was scary, but the Zelda scenes gave me enormous frights!

the scariest movie ever..........Jaws, hands down.

Agreed. I can't swim in any body of water where I can't see below me because of Jaws.

The movie that scared me the most was The Exorcist. The remade one. It scared the HELL out of me. Then again, I was very young at the time, but still. Devil crap freaks me out for some reason.

As a kid I used to be scared of a tv show called "Werewolf"(I think) back in '87. I remember I used to check under the bed everytime the show ended. As an adult I believe movies like Blair Witch Project, The Exorcism of Emily Rose because movies like that have a realism to them. Blair Witch msotly because at the time it came out I used to lived by a wooded area.

I dont think any films have ever actually scared me. I just dont scare when it comes to films.

I'm not scared by films anymore(specially the gore ones, can't get enough out of those) but I think what scared me was probably IT, mostly cause Clowns used to terrify me( which is ironic since now my favorite band is Insane Clown Posse).

...movies like Blair Witch Project...

The Blair Witch Project is the opposite of a scary movie. It's a documentary on just how stupid people can be.

As for films...films don't scare me. Video games scare me...like Willy Beamish.

That shiznit with the vampire babysitter is off the hizzook.

Doom 3 is ****in scary because the monsters come out of nowhere and shit. Also Resident Evil 4 the Regenerators were friggin creepy.

agreed with the jaws comments, i still dont feel comfortable swimming in water where i cant see the bottom.

Stephen King's Rose Red..when I put in the second VHS.

The Stand....scared the beejesus outta me....Hellraiser was quite disturbing....I was like 7 when I saw it......my parents failed me....Might explain why I have an unnatural fear of the dark....someone hold me

I am realy suprised that not a single person has mentioned " the exorcist"
that movie scares the shit out of me.

To me, "The Exorcist" is a laugh riot and not even close to being scary. But that's just me.

its not the movie that scares me.
its the fact that it actually happened to someone, and it could hapen to anyone.
that's what scares me about it.
