He rises from his throne.

"This will be goodbye then."

"Your minions leave with you?"- Melkor looks around for those spiders.

We don`t have any idea of Sennacherib`s combat abilities? He could be almost as deadly as the Virus?

"So what happens when this you build this machine utopia? What will you do next once your purpose is done? And what will happen the machines once they have reached this stage? What way living will they have?"

He's not going to answer any more irrelevant questions. He's not here to talk endlessly with you.

Make a case he will listen to or all is lost.

Could we possibly bluff him into thinking that the fleet is already lying in wait for the Matrix to shut down? I don't think it would bother him any, but worth a shot...

He won't believe you, and even if he did that wouldn't actually work.

He knows what he is talking about. He's certain of victory, and as I say, he's right to be. You really have absolutely nothing to work with there at all, because even if there was something he doesn't care what you say about it.

We have nothing to offer him- he actually wants for Matrix to be destroyed.

We cannot possibly explain to him that he is betraying his own kind?

He absolutely and totally does not see it that way. He considers the reverse to be true.

We could say that Machines will never accept him back, because he made the Virus...

You are at least touching there on a motivation that would work if you could pitch it. He does have to be able to get out.
