bb can direct the energy of his voice (shown in an xmen book that was posted in a different thread which i might be able to find if i really looked hard) if he chooses, so it would not impact the other inhumans at all if he didn't want it to. i personally don't think he would destroy the moon either, especially if he is focusing his voice-power. i'm not convinced he has demonstrated even moon-destroying power conclusively, let alone planet-destroying. perhaps his power + sentry's power could destroy the planet (no doubt, actually) but not bb on his own. in fact, hulk's strength on panel has proven to have the higher end feats -- he HAS destroyed planetary bodies and even shaken an entire dimension.

thing about wwh is this: marvel is basically decreeing that he is stronger than he has ever been: period. what has gone before is meaningless. as his strength increases, so does his durability/invulnerability. he'll likely be pretty well unbeatable in this state. i don't see hulk beating bb as PIS, nor do i have a problem with how marvel is portraying hulk in this series considering marvel has consistently said hulk is their strongest character. it's just nice to see them backing up the claim, finally.

MANY/MOST of bb's fights include him going h2h. why woudln't he here? he beat hulk before and went h2h, so why wouldn't he think he could do so again? if hulk has shaken dimensions with his blows, is it pis he doesn't disintegrate bb with a single hit or thunderclap?
people are always too quick to call pis when they disagree with how a battle went. i don't have any problems with how it went down. is it conceiveable bb underestimated the hulk because he has beaten him in the past? that much i would certainly allow. pis though? not imo.
