I'm betting they don't fight, they can't have Hulk lose or.. end of event, but they don't want Sentry to lose because they're trying to seriously concrete his role as the most powerful hero around.
It'll probably feature Sentry watching Hulk beat people up, then show Ben Urich and Sally Floyd watching him and Sally's just like "See.. there goes a TRUE American hero, he's got myspace you know?" 😬.

Their trumph card was bypassed, so they didn't really stand a chance. Hellion was a big let down, I thought he was going to make a difference in this fight, must've been too good to be true.
Hulk knew what he was up against, did he find some sort of files or something? Looks like he did his homework.

Hellion wasn't really jobbing, his powers aren't really effective agaisnt high class bricks. Just look back to issue 25 where Colossus easily trunced the entire team of New X-Men.

Good point, Colossus made 'em look like chumps. Hellion could've been quite an asset though, I suppose that's why Hulk wanted him out. It's not the first time he's met someone who can create shields.

Why didn't Hellion force choke his ass or put air tight bubble around his head? I hate the jobbing factor in this crossover. 😘
