Tasers would be over the top, they were toddlers after all... if conditioning is the objective in the sense of the Spartans though, then tasers shouldn't be brought into the equation until they're maybe 8-9 years old and have had several years of toughening/abuse under their belts so to speak. If it was a normal child playing in the road, you wouldn't laugh.

I think everyone has had a chuckle at someone disabled at SOME point, it's human nature. It's hardly meant with venom, as the jokes here were not.

There is a difference between laughing at that and laughing at 4 3 year olds being abused physically and emotionally.
