No, I mean Superman stopping Thor's Mjolnir with his hands, tuning dials up to eleven and knocking the crap out of Thor with the Thorbuster PAWNING.
And besides they managed to take him down after he bested Thor, and there were more people involved in the gangup. Not to mention they caught him offguard.

Actually the only other person who was involved in the gang up was Ironman who Sersi is greater than so I guess Superman is going to get that much more of a beating.
Superman does better and better the bigger the team is. it's a consistent fact within comics.
he's done well against groups of JLAersin s/b #4 and Sacrifice, he recent tore through a group of Alien heroes in Superman/Batman, an entire CITY of supervillains in Ending Battle,etc. He pretty good at fighting teams when he's on point with his tactics.
If he brings his tactical A game and they get in each others way the way teams pretty much always do when fighting a single person, then it's a likely Superman, win, that's not bias, it FACT based on how this siautation almost always plays itself out in the comics

He wasn't expecting the gang to jump the gun when he put Thor down. Quite in fact all of them were busy fighting other DC heroes until they saw what good ole Kal-El did to their power house, and they all jumped him.
Quite in fact he was standing still, and taking a breath while claiming Thor may have been single toughest opponent he has ever faced...(yeah right) when they gangbanged him.

And Superman getting jumped consisted of Ironman shooting him with lasers in the chest then everyone got there and beat him into a bloody pulp. 😛

Besides I can argue it took Thor, Iron Man, Wonder Man and She-Hulk to KO Superman in the JLA/Avengers crossover.

I'd love to live your world. Iron Man caught him by surprise. What's so hard to understand about that? Superman's fight with Thor was over. He was standing there, reflecting on their battle and then Iron Man and his super buddies finish the job.
