Northstar and the new speed cap- I'm sure everyone is aware of my feelings concerning power neutering at this point. However speed seems to be a special case, so I've decided to allow neutering in this ONE category. The speed cap is going to be set at Mach 10 for EVERYONE. Being able to exceed this speed won't be grounds for the character in question to be barred, but this speed can't be exceeded once the match starts(though teleportation is still allowed). So with this in mind, it IS the upgraded version of Northstar that's being drafted.
Warlock- From what I understand, Warlock IS tough as Hell to take out of the fight, but it's not impossible by any stretch of the imagination. I was sent quite a few instances of his being taken out(and absolutely NO evidence that he exceeds the "killability" cap), so for right now I'm still going to allow him. If anyone wants to send me some stuff to contradict what I've already seen on his behalf though, you're more than welcome to(you might even change my mind). Now if I discover after the tourney starts that all I was sent was his low showings and he's actually up there with Sandman(and the instances I was sent where all PIS), he(and the amalgam he's part of) will be banned.
Invincible- I've still yet to see a SINGLE feat of Invincible's of any kind, let alone one that puts him over the cap. So unless some kind of evidence is forthcoming....
All that aside, I've decided to end the draft sometime this weekend(to make things easier for those who're in school) barring some extenuating circumstances. But let me remind everyone that we have a late comer(longpig) who's having a difficult time finding people that fit into this power classification and several others who's picks are continually being contested without proof, so it's possible that it might not end until Monday or Tuesday(though I'm trying to avoid dragging it out that long)/ [/B]
You missed a few. KK is dicey, since he's beaten Mon-El post crisis. The Zero android needs to be kicked. Scoob already showed scans showing that it's OTL.

zero, i know nothing about. scans seem to say he may need looking at . . . shutting off powers has already been allowed though with spiral and bastion (he may not shut them off but being immune to half the people in the tourney is close enough and fantomex has bullets that kill mutants. is that a ohk?)
i've also seen scans (and have books) where kk gets his arse handed to him. i don't think there is a 'skill' limit, so i don't see why he would be banned . . .

And there isn't any cap other than Ironman level. Meaning however powerful Ironman is we just have to gauge where that fits. I think Skill is just as bannable as any other ability.
If the guy has beaten Mon-El then he should probably go. Also on average Leo is KK capable of hanging with someone like Superman or Thor H2H if so then he should be banned on the spot.

I mean it is obviously something that can be used as almost a semi-power. I mean it helps an average human like KK stand up to herald level characters and if he can beat people with it then it is a loophole no questions about it 😬

Skill isn't bannable, and using someone's own momentum against them isn't a strength feat, it's a skill feat. It wasn't KK's strength that launched Mon El.
If we're going to limit skill we'd have to limit intelligence as well since it falls into the exact same spectrum.
Karate Kid is perfectly legal in my book.
hmm, i would disagree with the first part of your post, ill. skill of kk's level allows for direct wins in conflict. it means he is capable of battling cosmics and perhaps defeating them.
intelligence is more prep-driven, imo. true, characters in comics often 'out-think' their opponents to get wins, but that is generally called pis by most.
no one would question that the leader is smarter than kk, or that brainiac 5 is smarter than kk. but throw each into a room and say fight, and there is also no doubt about who would win. 😬
i do however find myself agreeing with your overall assessment that kk should probably be allowed but it depends on how goob defines the parameters. kk could and would beat many people that tony could not, imo. so does that mean kk>ironman and hence 'above' ironman?
