So wait, a character arguably twice as strong as base Hulk is allowed? I know that Iroman is more versatile than Abomination, but in terms of raw power I'm not so sure. As far as Ironman owning Abomination one on one, Tony's 10 thunderclaps away from death against Abom (per forum rules). In a book he'd beat Abomination, on KMC (though bias reigns) it wouldn't be that cut and dry. I'm kinda leary on that decision ya'll, I have to say.
If the concensus is he's ok I'll drop it, but that seems like a mistake to me.

Not being able to amp doesn't mean much. Abomination's strength limit was never clearly quantified, we just know that Hulk can get pissed and exceed it. That doesn't mean Abomination couldn't hit someone with a Hulk Hogan Big Boot and then drop an aircraft carrier on them.

Well, Wonderman, Sasquatch and Invincible are in there as well ... it's not like Abomination is miles ahead of any of the other (probable) body characters ... even Colossus isn't far enough off Abomination level to say it'd be a 10/10 walkover for him in a forum match.
i agree. and given some of abom's recent showings, i don't have any problem with having him in this. classic wonderman has ko'd him 1on1 already anyway. wonderman>abomination, imo, in almost ALL areas, so if wonderman in allowed (who is think really skirts the caps) i don't see any problem with abomination, personally. and as scoob says -- neither is THAT far above colossus.

Ok people check it out. I've done everything I can to make sure everyone gets the picks they want but it's time to get this show on the road. With that in mind, I'm going to set the confirmation period to end Sunday at midnight(my time). In the meantime, I'm tired of racking my brain trying to figure out whether or not certain picks are acceptable, so I've decided to leave the picks I'm clueless on in the hands of my three primary judges. Once I have their votes on a potential pick THAT'S IT, the decision is final(though picks are still subject to mid match banning if it turns out they're inappropriate).
Anyone who doesn't have a pick finalized come Sunday gets to make due with a two character amalgam(which means that they're pretty much screwed). So I suggest that everyone who's having a hard time getting picks approved aim a little lower powerwise, otherwise you'll be SOL come match time.
I'm not trying to be a dick, but this has dragged on WAY longer than I'd intended and I'm eager to get it started. My primary judges are as knowledgeable and impartial as anyone I've came into contact with, so I have full confidence in their ability to determine whether or not someone seems to much like a loophole to allow. That means I don't want ANY whining after they've made a decision. I'm about to send out my first PM about characters that are in question to them in just a minute, so if anyone has anything to add you should do it now.
