I already pm'ed Darth this changed, just awaiting for his response and since its a late entry, i just want to be sure its fair to everyone..His feats was amp via a drug, same drug that allowed Nitro to level that small town. He was also fatally wounded by Logan so his def. can be killed via physical attack..

Before the climax of the story when Xorn on Kick (Sublime) killed Jean he was still capable of essentially emulating Magneto's powers as well as healing and removing his mask slagged anything in his vacinity.

Also, think of it this way: We can allow a character who has lightspeed "speed" because you know thats his ONLY power. Or maybe we can let in Drax with the power gem since strength is his ONLY power. Zero we can let in because shutting down tech is his ONLY power ( 😬 )
Besides I thought we could not pick people that say shut down "powers" as an only power (like say leech), and for some peolpe Tech is their "power"

zero -- meh, seems a bit sketchy to me as well only because his powers and limits are very fuzzy.
warlock -- should be okay. he's been ko'd several times and stunned many times as well.
atom -- i don't know enough about him, but if he relies on tech to shrink, he should be all right -- unless he meets zero . . .
spiral -- what did you find?
brainiac 8 -- you seem to think brainiac 8 is brainiac (superman's enemy) when she is certainly not, and in fact was shown being completely subservient to him in the outsiders. and no she did NOT take on the titans and outsiders -- kon-el was beating up on the titans (along with armored lex AND the real brainiac AND a dozen superman robots . . . ) while she was tackling SOME of the outsiders (with the help of luthor et al as well). she wasn't even shown to be above STARFIRE in that conflict. and she shut off jade's power after prolonged study that she initiated months earlier when she ASKED jade how her powers worked . . .

iw -- i assumed no bubbles in brains . . .
fantomex -- less worried about EVA than the mutant killing bullets which would seem to be ohk's vs anyone with mutant bodies . . . but i'm not very familiar with him so i may have this wrong . . .
aquaman would take a vast majority against IM. his AM's tp>emma's tp. he is very close to the line imo.
booster -- no skeets, correct?
