And yes you are responsible for what happens in third world country's if you want to pose sanctions against them. You are the one that is willing to limit their economic growth. You are the one willing to fine them and sanction them for every kind of technological progress they make. You are willing to kill hundreds of millions of people.
I never said they were connected specifically to Global Warming. I said they were connected to the pollution issue is general, for what must be the millionth time, Kyoto is only a start, we need to greatly expand on it.
And no I am not, their governments are insanely corrupt, they tax them on a level that makes my tax system look like pocket change. And they keep all the revenue for themselves and don't do ANYTHING to help their populace. So no, it is not my fault.
How we can help the water and air is impose restrictions on companies to reduce pollution and waste. Canada is one of the leading polluters in the world. The economy will be inconvenienced, but they have been before and always bounced back, in fact they have bounced back from worse then this and done fine.
