I had review and it is still stupid.You can't go around and arrest people for speaking there mind.There is a law againist that and we are not under Hitler or anything li ke that.

What is happening is they are getting control of hate mongers and preventing them from spreading hate.

People always gets away with crime.Why should this crime be any different then someone being murdered rape or whatever.There should be arrest on those too.
BUt not everyone gets caught.We don't live in a love free hippy world where everyone loves each other and so on.We live in a real world which is not perfect.
Doing this is not going to make it worst but not going to help anything or stop hate crimes anyway.So why brother?jm

I know and I don't see who they are to tell someone that a way of life is immoral. If I was going around saying her way of life is immoral she would feel differently.

I thought the issue at hand was hate speech. Not who has the authority to say this or that about morality.

It is, I was speaking for myself for a moment, but when speaking about morality can result in people getting harassed and attacked in the street, then it's time to shut them up.

Everyone I know who would claim homosexuality is immoral would also say that attacks in the street and such things are also immoral.
