Where did it say he was weakened? He was weakened from the Predator X fight, but don't recall him saying overall weakened.

That can mean many different things, as he sure didnt seemed weakened when he beat Proteus

Carey was writing him then (Proteus battle). But to be fair, Fraction's Mags does have that Breakworld bullet feat...

Wolverine hasn't received a strength upgrade until he does something above his default strength level.... which hasn't happened. Accept it and move on.

Now I can see strength being argued becuase incidence in question are vague (though I personally dont believe any of the feat preformed would be beyond normal wolverine, there still vague enough that there arguable) However I saw nothing which indicated superior speed, and in fact seemed slower.

It could be something as simple as semantics. Mystique knows Logan pretty well, doesn't she?

No you can use may for facts people do all the time.

"You may be stronger then me, but I'm faster than you"

Its a common way to use may. It can be used for possibility but it is stil lcommonly speech for fact also when used in certain context
