Did you guys ever think that maybe if God existed, he or she isn't exactly how the Bible and Quran portray him/her ?Did you ever think maybe a book was too primitive to ever be able to portray such an entity ?

Why should it be?
I just highly doubt that a legion of disagreeing cults, cultures, and masses of people who live on this one lonely world, disconnected from all other worlds, could possibly understand/describe/know/claim to know a being who supposedly created the entire universe.
We do not even understand our universe in its entirety, and what we know about it are only tiny segments of what truly is there.
Seeing as how we have very limitted understanding of our universe, and have not even come into contact with other sentient life on other worlds, how could we possibly know anything about the "creator" of all of this ???

Because it's been told to us. Not that I believe in aliens in the first place.
In a universe filled with billions of galaxies, which contain billions of star systems and trillions of planets, you deny the existance of alien life...
Yet, you beleive in demons, angels, and other fairy tales

Because you said that angels and demons are admittedly fictional. Since the Bible happens to be the best source on angels and demons with regard to the Christian faith, that would be a good place to start looking.
Looking for what?
The natural universe is where you should look. If demons exist and interact with reality, then you should be able to measure that interaction. However, to date, there is no observable phenomenon in the natural universe that corresponds with demons. Now, the absents of evidence is not evidence of the absents of demons, but a reasonable conclusion would be that demons do not exist until such evidence is found. The burden of proof is in your hands.
