King vs Adon
Capcom vs SNK, Muay Thai style.
There is a lot of bad blood between the French kickboxer and the former pupil of Sagat.
King has just found out from Ryo that he is going to be in Southtown for a tournament and for the next several days, King has been hard at work training at the Sakazaki family's Kyokugenryu school.
Ryo enters the dojo, just in time to avoid the training dummy that King had punted in his direction. The French Muay Thai expert is dressed in warmups.
Ryo: Whoa! What's the matter with you? You've been training non-stop since you heard that...what's his name again?
King: His name is Adon. (performs the Mirage Kick, knocking another dummy in the air, causing to Ryo to sidestep the flying object)
Ryo: I see by the fact you're trying to kill me with flying training dummies, you and him are not on good terms.
King stops her training for a moment and takes a break, sitting down against the wall. Ryo sits down beside her.
King: When I was a teenager, I was sent to Thailand to learn Muay Thai. I had to hide the fact that I was a woman otherwise they would not train me. I entered this one Muay Thai tournament and went through the competition.
Ryo: And Adon was also there.
King: (nods) Yeah. He was also there and he also progressed through the tournament. We fought for a while, and after a long battle, I won the tournament. Adon, however was a sore loser and he grabbed my shirt. I kicked him off, but he ripped my shirt, exposing my sports bra. I was immediately disqualified and Adon was declared the winner. To add insult to injury, Adon performed his Jaguar Assault on me, knocking me out of the ring.
Ryo: So you want some payback. I can understand that. I don't condone it, but I can understand.
The day of the tournament arrives. Sure enough, Adon is there, and has taken out Hwa Jai. Joe can't compete since his match with Ryu had ended with him with a dislocated shoulder.
Adon: No one can match the God of Muay Thai! Is there anyone out there who has the courage to face me?!
His question is answered as King, clad in her tuxedo (her CvS version) and hat, leaps into the ring.
King: Remember me? (removes hat and kicks it away)
Adon:...I remember you. I defeated you all those years ago.
King: If memory serves, you won only by default. I was the one who beat the crap out of you. I kicked your ass once, Adon...and I will do it again!
Adon does his 'power-up' intro.
Adon: In your dreams, woman!
King: My dreams are your nightmares.
The two go into their stances. After a long moment, they charge.
