Actually, I'd be more concerned about rich people having babies then poor people. They end up using the most resources and put out the most waste. The amount of waste the average American produces vs the rest of the world is staggering.
I do agree that people should think more about having kids and the number kids they have. Overpopulation is a problem.. but.. s*** happens, you can't blame people for wanting to have sex, and with the (US) government as it is now, there isn't as good of access to education and prevention as there should be for people. A far as saying a parents income determines whether or not a kid will be screwed up or not, well thats just plain bs. What 'screwed up' means is relative anways
Where did you get the idea that half of what you earn is going to support poor single mothers? Whats more true is that a lot more of your pay check is going to support old people by social security...
