I have heard of unplanned pregnancies, yes. And unfortunate financial turns in life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
And actually most people in jail are white so now you'll conter with with per capita statistics.

All poor people's children do not leach off the gov't the majority probably do. If not the economy is indirectly affected by poor people's children.
A higher percent of crimes are committed by the poor. And a higher percent of crimes committed happen in low income to poor areas. There is a correlation in between all this.
