If that's the cost of living then yes. It however, is not the average cost of living in the whole of Canada so it's irrelevant.

I haven't been proven wrong, I looked up at the statistics Canada website and they have stats on income but they don;t say where the low income cut off point is, so its subjective right now, I'm tyring to find better stats.
