Do you not understand, there was no fight between the two. Wolverine was trying to kill the kid not spiderman. If he wanted spiderman he could have gotten spiderman, example:

I would like for someone to put the rest of the scans up for that spiderman webbing wolverine up. Please do it. I love proving people wrong and I have been looking for that fight for the longest since people like using it in there debates when spiderman was acting terrified of wolverine.

Didn't Spider-Man beat up Wolverine and the rest of the X-Men during Secret Wars?
Firstly, Namor finds a way to beat the Hulk just about every time they fight. Hulk might be a lot stronger, but Namor is a very crafty fighter, which would come into play against a savage Wolverine. And for the mindless fanboys who buy into this PIS nonsense and think Wolverine could survive being a blackbolt scream/galactus blast/ punching a nuclear warhead to get a light for his cigar, you should keep in mind that you dont need to kill to win. Namor could knock him out, again.

You do know that after that secret wars fight wolverine and spiderman got into a real fight and spiderman question his speed against wolverine saying that wolverine could be faster than him (but the fight ended in a draw.)
Now I can show you every spiderman and wolverine fight and each one of them wolverine win. Would you like for me to do that for you because I truly dont mind.

Oh this has got to be the funniest post that i have read so far. Pretend like Im your 3rd grade teacher, Im about to teach you a couple of things. Unlike hulk wolverine has speed, adamantium claws, one of the best fighters in marvel, has acute senses, great agility,etc.... What wolverine and hulk have in common is there healing factor. When namor hit the hulk, not only did his durable body help him with the licks but his healing factor helped him also. Same could be said for wolverine, not only will his adamantium help him with the licks but his healing factor (thats on par with hulk) will help him also.
Now you have moved up to 4th grade. In this lesson youre going to learn that when namor comes in for a lick wolverine will also gain a lick (you must didnt look at the scans that I put up where wolverine owned namor.). Namor flies in, yes im going to admit THE TRUTH, he will land a punch but what you all fail to realize is that wolverine WILL also hit namor himself but its not a punch, its either going to be gutt him or rip a chunk off.
Now your in the 5th grade. In this lesson your going to learn that with the lose of blood the body becomes weak. Namor will bleed if wolverine cut him and that would lead to wolverine getting more licks.
Now do you understand. Is it ok for me to give you your certificate to complete elementary school or do you still need to be taught.
Understand and realize that this is not a one sided fight. Both will land licks but one lick is more brutal than the other. If wolverine stand there, yes namor wins but if we have a wolverine that is fighting back, namor loses.

I reckon Spidey questioned his speed because Wolverine has a loooot of fighting experience and was probably anticipating what Spider-Man would do to a degree. But I think a good indicator of Spider-Man's speed is earlier when he's evading Storm's lightning bolts.
