Before the issue, I actually wasn't aware that Bor was so powerful. I really liked how he went from warrior to god unleashed.

Loki's level of power has always been insane. He isn't just the God of Evil, he's perenially had some insane reality manipulation feats that almost make him Mxy-lite.

Loki always seems to be uber powerfull when his is planning but in direct conflicts he often or not becomes a chump

^ Read Loki's first dozen appearances. In direct conflict, he's also pretty much Mxy-lite. And while turning Bor into snow is impressive, he's had other, if not more, impressive feats as well.

His combat feats seem to lack imo. On panel Loki admitted that Thor would kill him if he found out what he was doing i think Thor #11

Loki's planning a cunning are huge to how he acts like going back in time and turning Bor in a snowflake while he was distracted fighting frost gaints
