I didn't need to know the density of Thor, just the serpent, and I just estimated.

I never said mine was completely accurate, but I think it's closer than yours is.

The Serphant skin is far more dense then that of snakes.

The serphant skin is way closer to thors actually being it can bouce hits of of mjolnir.

using a common snake as base for the serphant it far from being close yours is just as far out the window as mine. ou would need To use Thor denisty if anything to be close which would mean you would have to scale him up on a level to equal the serphant.

Mine was just fine and correct using Thor's a base model and you used snake'human as a base model for dentisy which makes your correct in that aspect.

But since you decided to tear mine apart b/c you want to throw your 2 cents in i will contiune to tear yours apart like you did to mine. but at least i have a reason unlike you. You failed to read a part of mine and that expalined it was inaccurate but you tried to show me up again and you post more usless junk

Useless junk? I was simply upscaling the density - BTW, I never read anything that said that Thor was significantly more heavy than a normal human - much tougher, obviously, but that doesn't necessarily mean denser.

Almost every 100+brick is has a higher denisty then a human Hulk Hercules even lower ones she hulk how do you think bullets bounce off them.

Never read anything that Thor weighs more then a normal it is common sense 6'6" at ver 600 pounds lol what human is that big no professinal builder builers is even close they wiegh on average of any where from 2800 - 320 pounds tops.

He is extremely long-lived (though not completely immune to aging), immune to conventional disease, and highly resistant to injury. His flesh and bones are several times denser than a human's.
As Lord of Asgard, Thor possesses the Odinforce, which enables him to tap into the near-infinite resources of cosmic and mystical, enhancing all of his abilities. With the vast magical power of the Odinforce, Thor was able to even dent Captain America’s shield with Mjolnir.

Thor weighs like 700 pounds or some crazy number.

I mean his body has to be denser or he would not be durable enough to be bullet proof. Hell Wolverine body is far denser then a normal humans let a lone Thor.

Well density is not linearly proportional to strength (diamond is a lot stronger than uranium, for example), but thanks for the correction on Thor's weight. If we assume an average adult male human is 180 lbs, then Thor is around 3.6 times as dense, so if we apply that same scale to the Serpent (I don't know why we necessarily would have to, but anyway) the figure is changed to 622,307,656,100,000,000,000,000 kilograms

The reason we would have to count the density this way to the serphant is b/c if the serphant was the same denisty as a normal snake or human . When Red Norrvel Hit the snake with mjolnir it would have just bashed it brains in but what happen was the serhpant didn't even get effect by the blows. So it density is much great the that snake.

Just like muscle which is more dense and weighs more then fat so it is needed.

Well it can change its size at will, which kind of makes its density a bit of a mystery factor, but I think I have a reasonable estimate for its weight

all deities in marvel hail from races with denser bodies than normal humanity.

for example, normal asgardian women weigh several hundred pounds, even the untrained house wives. hoder, the god of winter is an old, decrepit geezer but he still weighs 300+ pounds and stands over 6 feet in hight.

Thor vs Surtur

Surtur wins quite handily, but Thor shows some limited super speed and strikes him with "the fury of a thousand suns" at speeds that are "faster than thought"

Strength that could move whole mountains

Some more stuff from tears of the fallen, an old storyline. When Thor isn't fighting like an idiot, he can absorb and rechannel energy a hundredfold. He can also pull off one of them anti-force blasts capable of taking apart planets.

Thank you. It probably would have looked better with Avengers fighting Lord Templar. I think it be better if it was Pagan and Lord Templar fighting the Avengers. But None theless you see who the Avengers call on as their person to take down the threat lol. I like Sentry and all but you don't see them doing that for him.

For all you Thor fans you might find this funny or simply retarded but while on another site when we were debating on the never ending topic between Superman and Thor about Speed Strength and durability one guy said the dumbest thing.

I had thought I heard it all when some said Juggernaut was a mutant or that Spawn as a marvel character??? but this guy said something ten times as worse. This was on comicvine.com this guy for some odd reason gets alot of respect so you can tell most on the site are biased. Anyway in the middle of the debate he said "Thor durability if low he can even get hurt bullets" That was so stupid. When I pointed out how wrong he was and retarded then showed him a recent picture back then when they fired bullets at Thor when he had his new suit on with the chainmail he says "Considering a chainmails durability Thor used that to protect him self. Also in older comics Thor also uses his hammer to protect him self from bullets as well all the time.*

I consider that to be one of the dumbest things I had ever heard don't you agree? How is Thor not at all resistant to bullets?

It used to be a debating point, because some writers wrote his durability levels differently (*cough Busiek cough*) and some older ones used his hammer the same way Wonder Woman used her bracelets to deflect bullets (Diana should be bulletproof as well) - never mind that the Hulk could throw an entire column of train cars on top of Thor, and he can get up and keep fighting.
There are plenty of examples of Thor being resistant to high-calibre machine gun fire and rockets - a scan from a 1990s comic is in here - before his current series & armour. True, it's easier to pierce his skin than Superman's, but he's plenty durable enough.
