Since I suck as massive multi-tasking in games...I gave up. I hated the mission so bad that I got frustrated after dying 3 more times (even after the advice).
I could just go watch a youtube vid and replicate that. Laaaaame. So I'm done with trying to beat everything on hard.

The multiple evolution strains thing is pretty interesting; assuming that it isn't just the "zerg version" of the research mechanic in WoL, I could see it adding some replayability to the campaign mode.
Oddly, I'm the same way- maybe not years, but I am feeling no real drive at all. Perhaps it's because it seems most of the focus has gone into competitive play, with reports that the campaign isn't stunning and I have no reason to think comp stomping will be any better than before (I had poor experiences playing against AI in WoL).
But I guess it's also because the name 'Blizzard' just doesn't ring out for attention like it used to.

I guess my love for Starcraft is based on nostalgia.
I did enjoy Starcraft 2 though.
I guess my love for Company Of Heroes overtook Starcraft.
The campaign in HotS isn't nearly as good as WoL. The story was pretty bad and it didn't really move anything forward. The missions were fun, though.
That said the AI has been vastly improved as far as playing games against the AI. They actually expand regularly now and scout you, try and do somewhat intelligent builds. Also the new leveling feature is kinda cool.
But yeah, you're not really missing too much if you wait this one out. Also, it's worth noting that the game's a lot more demanding now than it used to be. My 5 year old computer couldn't play the campaign very well, where as with Wings I was able to play that very easily and smoothly. Shouldn't be a problem if you have a computer that was built int he last couple years, but something to consider if you've got dated hardware - just because you were able to play Wings doesn't mean you'll be able to play HotS.
